This video expresses my experience with conventional Western cancer treatments and my longing for a better way.  It is my deepest wish that we devote our energies toward discovering treatments that are not harmful and cruel to the body.  This video also encourages free choice, acceptance, and the right to make our own decisions regarding treatment, unencumbered by guilt, pressure, and fear.

Depression Part 2

Here I continue my exploration of depression and cancer, which I began earlier in the day in my Depression, Part 1, video.  You can observe a slight improvement in my mood, relative to the morning, as the benefit from sharing and expressing begins to sink in.  At the end of this video, I use movement to help move my energy and shift my state of being.

Depression Part 1

I made this video before my video studio was set up.  The pain of the depression had become so heavy, I was desperate to reach out and express myself.  I did not feel I could wait for my studio setup to be complete.  Expressing myself and sharing gives me strength to endure.  We all have moments of depression when dealing with a cancer diagnosis, but there are ways to keep that pain from consuming us, to prevent the darkness from taking center stage.
